Return & Refund Policy

General

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return due to change of mind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that almost unused, sample gifts and all components, and in its original packaging. For damaged, wrong or missing item(s), refund is available within 1 year. This warranty is limited to the original consumer purchaser only and applies only if the product was purchased through an authorized U.S. retail outlet. Refunds can only be processed through the original purchase platform.

To start a return, click Start a Return in the footer or open the Request Return button on your order details page in your account. Submit your return through our return portal — you will receive a submission email with a link to your prepaid return shipping label. Print the label and drop the package at any USPS location. Refunds are subject to inspection of the returned product at our US office. This process may take up to 7 business days. Once inspection is approved, you’ll receive a refund confirmation email and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds usually take up to 14 business days after approval to post.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any items are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, start a return for the appropriate reason through our return portal — click Start a Return in the footer or use the Request Return button on your order details page in your account.

Please request your return of the damaged or wrong items within 1 year after purchasing your package. All shipping fees for refunds of damaged or wrong items will be covered by THE WHOO USA.

Missing Items

If your order is missing an item, please submit a request through our Contact Us form and include your order number and the name of the missing product. Our Customer Care team will review your request and assist with a replacement if appropriate.

Ineligible Products for Returns

The following are not eligible for returns:

  • Any return due to change of mind requested after 30 days from the date of purchasing
  • Any damaged, wrong or missing item reported after 1 year from the date of purchasing
  • Any item that shows any signs of significant usage
  • Any item that has been damaged intentionally
  • Any item that was not purchased via an authorized U.S. retail outlet
  • Any item returned without any previous notice or in spite of the return request denied by our customer service.
  • Any return request that was not submitted through the original purchase platform

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive a refund notification email and be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees for returns due to a Change of Mind is $5 and it will be deducted from your refund amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy

When will my items be shipped?

  • Orders will ship within 2 to 3 business days after the order is submitted.
  • We will send a shipping confirmation to the email address on file when the order ships.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

In average, it requires 4-7 business days after shipment.

What is the cost of shipping?

Free shipping is available for orders made by the members of THE WHOO Loyalty Program.

How do I track my order?

After signing into your account, go to My Account > My Order. Click on the order, and the carrier’s tracking page will be displayed.
You may also track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Are there any shipping restrictions?

All items in your order must be shipped to a single "ship to" address.
We do not ship to third party shippers.
A valid United States address is required.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
