Return & Refund Policy

General

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return due to change of mind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that almost unused, sample gifts and all components, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For damaged, wrong or missing item(s), refund or exchange is available within 1 year. This warranty is limited to the original consumer purchaser only and applies only if the product was purchased through an authorized U.S. retail outlet. Refunds can only be processed through the original purchase platform.

To start a return, you can go to My Order List and click Return button. Your request to return will be completed, once you complete submission of a Return form. If your return form is submitted, then customer service team will provide a guide via email, with the process of return, including the information needed for the return shipping label. After receiving the guide, you can print out your return shipping label, or request a return shipping label at Postal office. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your returned items are sent back to us with the return shipping label, our customer service will inspect and notify you if the return is accepted. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return confirmation email from us. Refunds usually take 14-business day to be processed and will be refunded on your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you are unable to retain the items due to the damage, please take pictures of the damaged item(s), and then safely discard of them.

Please prepare the following information before you make a request to our customer service.

  • Pictures of Damaged / Wrong Items
  • Pictures of Damaged Parts

Please request your return of the damaged or wrong items within 1 year after purchasing your package. All shipping fees for refunds of damaged or wrong items will be covered by THE WHOO USA.

Missing Items

Please prepare the following information before you make a request to our customer service.


  • Order Number
  • Pictures of Opened Package
  • Pictures of the Item(s) Received

If any of your items are missing, please request your refund within 1 year after purchasing your package.

Ineligible Products for Exchanges/Refunds

The following are not eligible for returns/exchanges:


  • Any return due to change of mind requested after 30 days from the date of purchasing
  • Any damaged, wrong or missing item reported after 1 year from the date of purchasing
  • Any item that shows any signs of significant usage
  • Any item that has been damaged intentionally
  • Any item that was not purchased via an authorized U.S. retail outlet
  • Any item returned without any previous notice or in spite of the return request denied by our customer service.
  • Any return request that was not submitted through the original purchase platform

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive a return confirmation email and be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please note that shipping fees for returns due to a Change of Mind is $5 and it will be deducted from your refund amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy

When will my items be shipped?

  • Orders will ship within 2 to 3 business days after the order is submitted.
  • We will send a shipping confirmation to the email address on file when the order ships.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

In average, it requires 4-7 business days after shipment.

What is the cost of shipping?

Free shipping is available for orders made by the members of THE WHOO Loyalty Program.

How do I track my order?

After signing into your account, go to My Account > My Order. Click on the order, and the carrier's tracking page will be displayed.
You may also track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Are there any shipping restrictions?

All items in your order must be shipped to a single "ship to" address.
We do not ship to third party shippers.
A valid United States address is required.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
