SERVICES

If you have any questions, please use the Contact Us menu at the footer or call 1-866-993-4709 (Monday – Friday 8:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM (EST)), except on holidays.

  • On any page within THE WHOO official US website, click the icon ( account ) at the top right corner of the page. Simply enter your email address and the required information on the following form or sign up with the SNS account(Google or Facebook).

  • If you need further assistance regarding creating the account, please contact THE WHOO Customer Service (Contact us)

To access your account page, click the icon ( account ) at the top right corner of the page to log in.

  • Please click the icon ( account ) at the top right corner of the page and then “Forgot password” in the Sign in page.

  • You will automatically receive an email linked to your account to reset your password. You can then use the new login information to access your account.

SHIPPING

  • Orders will ship within 2 to 3 business days after the order is submitted.
  • We will send a shipping confirmation to the email address on file when the order ships.

On average, orders are delivered within 4-7 business days after shipment.

Free shipping is available on all orders.

After signing into your account, go to My Account > My Order. Click on the order, and the carrier's tracking page will be displayed.
You may also track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

All items in your order must be shipped to a single "ship to" address.
We do not ship to third party shippers.
A valid United States address is required.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.

ORDER

Once your order has been submitted, you can cancel the order before shipping or request return on My Order List after shipping.

RETURNS

To start a return, you can go to My Order List and click Return button.

Shipping costs will be covered by THE WHOO USA for damaged items or wrong items shipped.
For returns due to a Change of Mind, $5 will be deducted from your return amount.

For refunds of damaged, wrong and missing items will be processed with a full refund, while shipping fees for refunds due to a Change of Mind is $5 and it will be deducted from the refund amount.

The following are not eligible for return:

* Any item reported after 30 days from the date of purchasing
* Any item that shows any signs of significant usage
* Any item that has been damaged intentionally
* Any item that was not purchased via Thewhoo-usa.com
* Any item returned without any previous notice or in spite of the return request denied by our customer service

Once the return package is received at our facility, the refund will be processed within two weeks.

We do not process exchanges. Please order the desired item and return the unwanted item.
