On any page within THE WHOO official US website, click the icon ( account ) at the top right corner of the page. Simply enter your email address and the required information on the following form or sign up with the SNS account(Google or Facebook).

To access to your account page, click the icon ( account ) at the top right corner of the page to log in.

Please click the icon ( account ) at the top right corner of the page and then “Forgot password” in the Sign in page.

You will automatically receive an email linked to your account to reset your password. You can then use the new login information to access your account.
SHIPPING
- Orders will ship within 2 to 3 business days after the order is submitted.
- We will send a shipping confirmation to the email address on file when the order ships.
In average, it requires 4-7 business days after shipment.
Free shipping is available for orders made by the members of THE WHOO Loyalty Program.
After signing into your account, go to My Account > My Order. Click on the order, and the carrier's tracking page will be displayed.
You may also track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
All items in your order must be shipped to a single "ship to" address.
We do not ship to third party shippers.
A valid United States address is required.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
